should I stretch and how

I have very bad muscle pains in my lower back I've had them for 3 days now. but today I have a wrestling match Is there anything I can do to ease the pain before my match.

This depends where your lower back is hurting exactly and if it is actually muscular pain. If it is in the spine, then I'd certainly suggest seeing a doctor and not going to your wrestling match, if it is muscular pain, it'd still be best if you rest and didn't go, but if you truly have to go, then yes, you should definitely stretch and perhaps find someone to massage your back and rub in deep heat to relax the muscles for your match.
