Whats better for you flat bread or regular bread

Flat or risen doesn't matter (unless perhaps you are avoiding yeast, and then you should eat the flat bread). Nutritionally, what's more important is what kind of flour was used. For example, whole wheat is better for you than white bread.

Honestly, neither are good for you. Bread is bad for you because it contains a lot of starch that causes weight gain. But if you really want to know, flat is better for you.

I agree with the above answers, eating bread causes weight gain, but flat bread is better than regular bread and wheat bread is better than white bread
