How would you react if a conflict arose between you and a customer?
I was taught that the customer is always right. if you encounter a problem with customer get manager immediately and dont let it escalate because you are not paid enough to have to deal with irate customers im sure. let manager handle it asap.
Simply knock him out with an uppercut sucker punch.
I'd try to remember that "the customer is always right."
Make sure you tell your Boss before he does! Yikes!
I would not let it escalate into an argument.
