Are you sure you're bleeding from your tooth, not your gums? Well... wherever the blood is coming from, make an app't with a dentist. Many dentists will see you w/o dental insurance. Whatever the cost of the dental work you need is, they'll come up with a payment schedule you can afford. Or, you can ignore your dental problem, keep your fingers crossed that this doesn't develop into an abscess... The problem with not getting routine dental care is -- whatever problems you have will only get worse, and the dental work to repair those problems will cost a lot more the longer you ignore them. Teeth don't fix themselves. So -- call a dentist, explain you have no insurance, see if they'll work out a payment plan. I'd do this now, before things get worse & more expensive to treat.
Try googling "fee dental care" for your area and see if there are any clinics. Your condition is serious. A tooth that is bleeding from a hole in the enamel is bad.
Oh, and remember when you ger old enough to vote that it is the republicans that don't care if you and other Americans that are poor have health care of any kind. They believe if you can't afford it you shouldn't have adequate health care.
I would just get a phone book, turn to "Dentists" in the Yellow Pages and start calling offices, describing the problem and asking for help. The smartest dentist will be the one that offers to work out a payment plan for you and treat your tooth immediately. If you find one that will help you, make that dentist your dentist for life! Good luck!
