Georgia-Child-Support-Laws
I pay child support for my son, he lives with me now. My ex still making me pay. What do I need to do

The Georgia child support laws are as follows. For one child, you will pay up to 23%, 2 children 23% to 28%, 3 children 25% to 32%, 4 children 29% to 35% and 5 or more children 31% to 37% of your total pay.

You should stop paying if the child resides with you. You don't need an attorney. Simply file a petition and inform the court that you have full custody of the child.
