How to control being stressed?!
What are things to do when you feel stressed?
Take deep breaths and go to your "happy place" :)
stop and smell the roses
Yoga, Sing, Talk to someone you know, Take a shower,Say whoosa!
take a hot shower and listen to happy music and also get fresh air :))
take a hot bath, yourself,read some good jokes,move around a bit and eat chocolates
Jam, listen to music, take a walk, workout, play video games. Those are thing different things I do to control stress.
Just say "koos-fra-ba" over and over againBut for real what helps me is fully understanding why I am stressed and dealing with it head on. guess it kinda depends what kinda stress u are talking about tho
MUSIC it is ^.^
I put on Spa music, lite candles and get in the Jacuzzi.
