Maybe find a counselor, or see if you could find a good encouraging church, or try praying. I don't know if you're the spiritual type or not, but uhe Bible says that the Holy Spirit is our comforter. If you're not int that, however, I'd suggest counseling or telling your parents or friends how you feel. Exercise is also a good way to feel happy.
I feel like that to sometimes... what I do is I make a simple change... I make my self busy... change my routine...change my hair....make my day exciting... hope this helps and everything turns out great
24/7 eh don`t know how long? so figure within bout a week females are connected to mother earth and grandmother moon but i feel this more of a life learning misunderstanding and does drain yourself it could be a phase all go thru life sucks at times so you should know yourself better than anyone excersise does wonders winter can cause negative feelings.. cannot speculate too much for dont know all details pryer to this feeling and if has a pattern talk too someone whom you can confide. like i say don,t know all details could be a medical issue draining you and try,n to heal?? but feels from within recently so try to excerise to balance posative and negative energy
