How to make myself stress less?
I get stressed out very easily enough but I've been extremely stressed these last few months. I'm still in high school so I'm taking a bunch of required classes along with college classes to get them out of the way sooner. I'm a senior this year, I already got accepted into the school I hoped for but I need to keep my grades up to get a certain rank from GPA. I've been working a ton specially because it's the holiday season. I still never have enough money to buy what I want though, my friends stress me out because all we do is argue. it's been that was forever. and I'm gaining weight too. it hasn't been too dramatic but since I wake up at 4:30 to go to school until 3 then go to work from 4:00-11:00 almost every night and all day on the weekends, I rarely ever have time to go to the gym. I do eat pretty healthy but I don't know what else to do. on top of all that, I missed a week of school to go on vacation and I'm sooooo behind and can't seem to find time to catch up. sorry this is so long but I'm to the point where I'm crying every night because I am so overwhelmed and stressed. How do I relax myself and become more open minded and optimistic that I can lose weight and keep my grades up? HELP
