Is it normal to feel pretty sick after working out every day for a while and eating much healthier and less? I physically feel sick

in my experience, not usually, unless you are limiting or eliminating the intake of certain vitamins or minerals. I usually drink a couple of like slim fast shakes whenever I diet or increase my work out routine, as well as a supplement pack from GNC. helps me make sure I get the essentials.

Was it a sudden workout? Mainly similar to: you just started onto the eating healthy and exercising lifestyle?

Well it's been I'd say a week and a half since I've been dieting and have been working about for about a month now.

Eat more! Maybe even see a doctor! You need to rest, don't overdo it dear

Today I had roughly 800 cals. And exercised about two hundred or so off. Is that why?

She's right you need to eat more. most calorie formulas on food lables are based on a 200 calorie diet.Don't eat about an hour before you work out and about the same for after. your workout won't be near as effective if you eat before you exercise because the blood is going to your digestive system to process your food. if you don't give time to adjust to your workout afterwards it will keep your body from developing the needed nutrients to recover

I meant a 2000 calorie diet , sorry.

Dieting makes you feel sick because your body isn't used to that lack of calorie intake.

Does it get better with time?

Oh yes! After about a 5 days your body gets used to it.. And you won't feel as sick! But it is normal to feel sick if you over worked your body at a workout... So that could also be it if your sickness doesn't go away..
