How to get a flexible body in one month? What type of exercises should I do? Does going to Gym help? Help please

Yes, going to the gym will help!! I suggest doing some cardio until you're nice and warmed up then stretch whatever muscles you're trying to make more flexible! Then do some machine work for the muscle you'd like flexible then make sure to stretch it put really well right after! Flexibility does come with time but if you work on it every day, you will see a change in a month! :)

Lol of course going to the gym helps there's not one thing that the gym can't do to your body. stretch a lot, do donkey kicks, fire hydrants, umm jumping jacks, etc

Stretching a lot we did that as teens in high school to do splits an stuff you just stretch until it burns several times a day an stay with it!

Go to the gym get on treadmill or any type or cardio for bout 30min or just enough till your warm then start stretching , lunges, frog stretches, butterfly, just usual, make sure you hold it for more than 16s. Do this everyday or try and you should be very flexible in a month

Look into yoga.
