You may need to go to bed earlier and skip texting and leave it for the morning, also with TV. If you just drop down and fall asleep, you have narcolepsy. But it could also mean you are just plain tired or even stressed out with school.
If you go to sleep late you'll want more if you have a night job and you're stressed just try to eat some good light food before bed like drink warm milk.Just put your worries to save in a box and relax :)
Sounds like my stepson all he does is sleep and watch television, distinct lack of ambition.He uses his health issues and depression as a crutch,for not doing anything.Has all these grand plans and ideas,but never follows through on anything.
