Why can't I view my Nyseg bill anytime I want to instead of having to wait for the monthly billing email?

When I try to view it at the Nyseg website, it will only give me an autobill enrollment page. I am already enrolled. I just want to see my bill.

Nyseg bill allows you to view your bill any time you want. It is an online service that once you enroll in Nyseg to schedule your payments it sends you an email when your new bill is due for review and payment. It also allows you to view a 13 month of bill history online.
