Well one that works well with MINIMAL equipment ( Free weights and an exercise ball) is the "Body Change" by Montel Williams. It works very well and gives great results.
Anything will do but dont hurt your joints like the knees too much.
I watch some of Jillian michaels routines on YouTube and I like them a lot
there is a DVD call px 90. it is a good aerobic workout. very intense though
Walk walk walk 30 minutes a day. It works more than u know
