I have trouble falling asleep any advice?

Try drinking warm milk mins before going to bed and and try counting backwards from 100 . think of very complicated situations , you`ll most likely drift asleep :)
Well for one. GET OFF THE COMPUTER!!! its proven being on any media will keep you up at night, as all the fast paced crap they throw at you keeps your brain up.
Too much on your mind or constant worrying or Anxiety.Sleep is very important to your physical being.
