I'm eating 1200 Calories a day?
I've finally started dieting again, and i'm feeling so happy because i can control my intake and eat between 1200-1500 Calories a day and i exercise often too.
BUT then i see that everyone is saying, "Oh, That's to low, you need to eat at least 1800 Calories as a teenager" "That's starvation" "You'll get sick"
If i would eat 1800 Calories a day i would never lose weight!!!
I have a slow metabolism and only burn 1600-1800 Calories a day!
Then i would have to exercise really hard everyday!
I feel full at 1200-1500 Calories!
Shouldn't that be enough then!?
It never go under 1200 Calories!
