YES!!! I love fried egg sandwichs! Sauteed mushrooms are really yummy in this too, and different kinds of cheese...my mouth is watering!

That part isn't important to me as I don't eat it with the yolk soft, but the combination of flavors is just mind-blowing!

Subway? C'mon man! Your local Mom n' Pop deli has way better sammiches with more meat on it and at a lower price!

I could give you several ideas for a super duper sandwich.

1. Egg & olive (add a bit of parsley, & bacon bits)

2. Sardine with cheddar cheese. make it opened faced and grill the cheese, then add the other slice (make it toast not bread). Other ingredients: diogannaise, and sweet pickle)

3. Turkey with cranberry sauce and a bit of stuffing, and gravy

4. Peanut butter (the natural chunky kind) on toast with your favorite jam or jelly.
