Help! I can't sleep!

I know I'm not an insomniac... I've had 2 sleeping issues in the past
But I can't sleep right now and it's making me very upset...
Any idea? ((BTW my mom and brother are asleep right now))

As hunterdude said, drinking milk is a good thing to do before going to bed. Another thing is to not eat a lot at dinnertime, and also to be really active through the whole day, so that way, you'll be tired enough to fall asleep :)

exercise exhaust your body with physical activity and take some melatonin you can buy at any local drug store ask a pharmacy tech what dosage is safe for what age you are

Yes, it might be if you watch to much tv, or play video games, or do any exercise it affects you're brain nerves and tv and video games make you're eyes connection to the brain very strongly focused. So before sleep Drink a glass of water, (Don't drink anything that includes caffeine, like coffee, energy drink or something strong coke cola... ect... And most important of all don't think of that you can't sleep or like i need to sleep, i need to sleep, just chill and if you're to hot under ur blanket, maybe cool your self down by taking some fresh air out of the window or door...

Hot chocolate helps me. Warm milk is what makes you sleep, just like it flavored. I take PM Tylenol and allergy pills besides.
