What is a healthy thing I should eat for breakfast that doesn't take a lot of preparation?

Instant oatmeal. It lowers blood pressure and has fiber. Get the plain NOT the one with all the sugars.
Fruit & whole grain toast
Hard boiled eggs. Fresh fruit.
