IDK what u were doing but I usually get headaches when I'm on my period, if I have an eating disorder, if I slept too little or too much, and when I'm learning math. I also have one when I drink too much pomegranate juice and oraange juice and brownies and other sweet foods.
A headache, medically known as cephalalgia, is a continuous pain in the head. The pain can be anywhere in the head or neck. As the brain has no pain receptors, headaches are not felt in the brain. The pain is caused by disturbances of the pain-sensitive structures around the brain.
Not too many people don't know about this but, headaches also occurs with your teeth too. If you have a headache, it can also lead to your teeth. Your teeth is also part of your head or skull. If not that, then it is probably because you are not getting enough sleep. Or maybe, you are not getting enough oxygen in your system. Also stress can lead to headaches. Your eyes are also part of it. If you stare very hard at something or trying to focus very hard on an object or anything that is very bright, that causes strain, that can also lead to headaches.
This may sound bizarre, but headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress
Lack drinking water , or need specs , lack in sleeping , or allergic to some food , or in stress depression , or of many kinds pollution like noise , air ...... , strong perfumes , tiredness , migraine , seeing t.v , lack in vitamins....wear comfortable dresses and hairstyles.....put some oil to your hair and massage your scalp and keep your hairstyles loose don't tie it tightly don't take stress
lack of vitamins barely any sleep anxiety (when you get nervous a lot) stress strong scents strong, bright lights repetitive pain quick temperature changes very cold and hot temperatures laughing too hard being around loud noises
Lots of different things: Too much reading , intensive hours of playing , exposed for too long on the Sun , not eating your meals , being worried , if you're tired you'll get 50% chance a headache , not sleeping the recommended hours.

Believe it or not--after all these years I found out that the tryptophan in turkey not only makes you sleepy, in some people it can also cause a debilitating headache! I ate Turkey for 2 days after Thanksgiving and each morning woke up with a headache so bad it brought tears to my eyes. I then ate NO turkey for 2 days--NO HEADACHE the following mornings and to test my theory I ate a turkey sandwich on white bread with nothing but Miracle Whip and the next morning--splitting headache. I looked up the side effects of tryptophan and sure enough out of 6 major ones 3---nausea---dry mouth---and headache were 3 of the effects! I threw out the turkey and ever since then have not eaten any roasted turkey and sure enough---NO HEADACHES!!!! I decided next Thanksgiving I will but 2 large chicken breasts(I live alone) make Chicken stuffing with chicken gravy and hopefully no more headaches. I never would have believed turkey(tryptophan in it) would give me a horrible headache! Will miss the turkey but certainly not the headaches!
Headache is a general term. It depends on what type of headache you were referring to. Migraine? Tension? Or the type of headaches that people usually refer to like "you are causing me headache". :). Headaches can be triggered by many things. Need more history, signs, and symptoms in order to answer ur question.
Well for me i usually get headaches cuz I can't focus sometimes on one thing and my eye gets strained, or cuz I get really hyperactive and I use all of my energy on useless activities and mostly cuz I never drink water
