Exercise won#039;t get you a sixpack, losing belly fat will get you a sixpack. All the exercises described above will help grow the abdominal muscles but if you still have belly fat, NO ONE WILL EVER SEE YOUR SIXPACK!
do sittups/ crunches/reverse crunches and reverse situps. do 10 sets to failure. u should also do alot of cardio every day to lower your body fat % developed abs start showing below 9% body fat. ps: u need to be on a good deit to get your six packs as fast as possible i suggest eating around 6 times a day but small portions
