TRUST ME THIS HELPS!!!!!!!!!!!! Aw :( heartbreak can be an awful thing. talk to a really good friend, let out everything. i know that heartbreak is an awful, tragic thing since my best friend just went through it, but if you listen to music (try eve 6, muse, and music without words), take several hot baths, read some really good books or watch some TV, i bet you'll start feeling better :) if you let the feelings out you'll feel better too. the worst thing you can do right now is avoid feeling, like so said partying etc. if you let the feelings out it'll be easier for your heart to mend. cry. hope you feel better and i hope this helps
Well I would pray to Jesus Christ about it. He is always there to help you out and to comfort you through hard times. Your parents can help you and encourage you. Find friends who can pull you up an encourage you how to be happy and just all the good stuff. Don't just stay shut it. Sometimes we have to let go of things in our past and just wait for the better future. I know how it is to be sad and depressed. I have been there. I thought there would be no hope. I lived in sadness, many heart breaks and just my trust broken. But I learned to trust Jesus through all my hard times. Like at first I was a hopeless person and just so afraid of not getting hurt in the future. But Jesus completely healed my heart, he changed my perspective on many things. He helped me get over the hurt in my life. And now when I look back at it, it doesn't even hurt me at all! I just smile and I know that God has a better and happier future waiting for me. I have someone to talk to and jus to cry out to. I'd never think I'd be this happy. There are many uplifting verses in the New Testament of the Bible :) Hope this helps!
1) take a pillow 2)pretend its that persons face 3) punch it bite it tear it etc. 4)yell out what your mind is thinking 5) repeat 1-3 again and again 6) tell yourself that he or she wasnt worth it and keep repeating 1-4 this is seriously what i do when i am mad remember, youll meet someone better than him or her in the future
Some ways to get over a depression or heart break is , stay busy always have something on your mind, start working or doing activities or hanging out with your freinds , going to the gym helps and plus it energizes you too, If you are a Christian I would suggest you worship or read the bible that also Aways works, Stay positive, try to firget all bad memories, and bad items you may even have at your house or wherever, it's better to get rid of them if they remind you of bad memories, Think of the positive and good things to come, don't beat yourself up,
