15 years old, 5 foot 8 and 140 pounds, decent shape but i have man boobs, my dad has the same problem i know its hereditary, any suggestions
I actually recently read, man boobs are a sign of lack of nutrients. Start taking a vitamin for teenaged boys and make sure to eat healthier. Fruits and veggies, lean meats, etc.
Theres bras for guys. i dont suggest you get it though because its probably kinda embarrassing to get man bras.

do more cardio workouts and wide arm benching, less wieght, more reps
Lose body fat by doing cardio and work your pictorials. Do lots of push-ups, bench pressing, swimming etc.
Your body may not be producing enough testosterone. Ask your doctor for a physical and some blood tests.
love yourself and accept it. when you afford cosmetic surgery get it done. you're too young to worry about that.
