15 years old, 5 foot 8 and 140 pounds, decent shape but i have man boobs, my dad has the same problem i know its hereditary, any suggestions

I actually recently read, man boobs are a sign of lack of nutrients. Start taking a vitamin for teenaged boys and make sure to eat healthier. Fruits and veggies, lean meats, etc.

I am honestly not sure sweetie. This is just something I read. Honestly you should be taking a multi vitamin anyways. So while it may not help your current situation, it could help future ones.

This is true when girls want perkier boobs we do lots of push ups in your case it would turn into muscles.

do more cardio workouts and wide arm benching, less wieght, more reps

Lose body fat by doing cardio and work your pictorials. Do lots of push-ups, bench pressing, swimming etc.

At least three times a week but if you want better results you should do it six times a week with one day for rest. All this combined with a good diet should be able to get rid of unwanted fat on your boobs

Diet is most important, just try your best not to eat junk food but if that's your core diet then you will get results but not nearly as good as if you have a good diet. But it's ok to have a cheat day I mean we're all human

Your body may not be producing enough testosterone. Ask your doctor for a physical and some blood tests.

love yourself and accept it. when you afford cosmetic surgery get it done. you're too young to worry about that.

i want to know workouts that can help me though, if i want to improve my body, whats the problem. Btw its not only for looks, for performance in sports i play as well. If your out of shape and to heavy, how can you be good at a sport that takes stamina and endurance?
