why does anxiety always make me think I have a heart condition?

every day its something new, neck pain, jaw pain, arm pain, heart pain, heart feels full or feels like there's a rock stuck in it, etc. every day I have a new problem and keep thinking its my heart, I went to the ER 3 times in 6 months, twice this month. I had an ekg and nothing came up and my doctors say its all anxiety and panic attacks but I always feel its not because it happens all day at random times and keeps getting me worried. I have an appointment with a cardiologist this month and having an x ray soon too. should I really be worried about my heart? I'm 18 and 165 pounds, I don't exercise much and eat crap foods all the time. I also have scoliosis, anxiety/panic disorder and feel as though my wisdom teeth might be bothering me sometimes.

dont be worried about it, if it is a heart condition the doctors will figure it out soon because of your x-ray and everything coming up. anxiety attacks can cause breathing problems and everything so it might be that, stress can also effect your health but it cant cause a heart condition. wait for what the doctors have to say and dont look up symptoms over the internet because i had pain a few months ago on my side and i looked up side and pain and it gave me kidney failure, appendix failure, liver disease, etc. it turned to be just some backed up poop lmao. dont be worried and stress out about it might make you feel worse. i hope you feel batter soon! :)

Glad you have an appointment with a cardiologist. Trust what he says and follow his thinking

You sound like a perfect candidate for having anxiety. Eat better. Get some exercise. You might feel better.

See a cardiologist. If the results are negative make a appointment to see a therapist. Best wishes.
