It's normal. Teenagers are put on unhealthy school schedules. It is much healthier for most teens to sleep a little longer and wake up a little later. Unfortunately the school system doesn't really care to reform itself.

It's fine, you're absolutely normal. As you grow up you will become more accustomed to it and you won't have that problem as much

Depends upon what the "something active" was. If you're talking about a workout (or something that, relative to your usual activity level, is a workout), it absolutely makes sense for you to be this tired. That's what activity does--it gives you a quick energy boost, then it catches up to you.

Take a little down time doing something that's genuinely restful. Surfing the 'net is one of those things that we're all tempted to do when we're tired, but in reality, it strains our eyes, makes us sit in an uncomfortable position, and ultimately makes us MORE tired. The first rule of holes is this: when you're in one, stop digging! ;-)

If you can, take a nap, or just sit for a few minutes, have a cup of tea or coffee, and then pick yourself up and get back out there. Engaging in activity--even when you don't feel like it--can help you push through your fatigue and start to feel better. <3

When you're done, get to bed at a reasonable hour tonight!! You can't push through forever. :-)
