If you drink water before every meal, it will cause you to eat a little less than usual because the water fills your stomach up quicker than other drinks. - I know it sounds crazy but it's true. I looked it up. I also do the same thing. I used to be 127 pounds, now I'm 115 pounds. I've been drinking water before every meal for about a month or two and I lost about 12 pounds. :D
