What makes a new Holland LS180 run only on idle

My new Holland will run only on Idle,,,what is the reason for that??

The reason why a new Holland lS180 tractor runs only on idle is because the filter that has the electric fuel pump is bad. Therefore, you need to check on it and see if it needs replacement.
