Can a person file bankruptcy without a Attorney ?

Report as

It's possible, but the paperwork requirements and procedures of the bankruptcy courts can be pretty intimidating to the uninitiated. These judges have a heavy caseload and are not inclined to take the time to deal with the mistakes of amateurs.
