So, I have scoliosis in my lower back and its hard too work out (bench press, squat, etc.) is there anything I can do too get more muscle?

umm this is just an idea so please dont get mad at me if this doesnt work, but as an athlete i would suggest swimming. because i pulled a tendon in my knee but if i dont over work it im fine:) i really hoped that this helped:)

There is a lot you can do to get more muscles. Some of the work outs that you can do are biceps and triceps while standing, there is also a wing work out and front and back shoulders while still standing.
