How can I grow potatoes in a more contained method?

Great idea about the combo planting.

For planting potatoes, you need rich soil, and the potatoes can't ever get to hot. Keep the soil shaded!

Potatoes can be grown, in a raised garden. If you have room, make a frame out of wood, that sits off the ground. Fill the container with dirt and plant your potatoes, If you make it largest enough, you could also put cucumbers and onions in it.
