can cold weather give you nose bleeds ?

yes. if its continental arctic air masses then their is little moisture. this dries out the nose and makes bloody noses easier to get.

yeah, from your nose getting dry from the weather.

I know dry weather and/or a change in climate pressure can cause nose bleeds, and cold fronts typically have one, the other, or both.

I have personally had nosebleeds due to cold weather. I once thought my nose was just getting runny from being out in the cold so kept sniffling, then I had to talk to a person and blood just started pouring down my face. Freaked us both out. Wearing a scarf or mask over your nose in cold weather might help. Always carry tissues.
