You probably could, but it is not safe to do so. Cut back on meat and bread. Eat more fresh fruit and veggies instead of sugar and cakes. On this diet you will lose about one to two pounds per week, but you are more likely to keep it off since you are establishing good eating habits. Lay off of sugary drinks. Do some physical activity for 30 mins per day. Replace one meal with fruit and veggies. Don't ever skip breakfast (eat a large one).
