Are there any laws that protect care providers when they love one pass,To make sure they get more $ then the family that didn't provide care

No, there is no law that would give a care provider more money than what the ones who didn't care for the person. If a loved one passes, they would have had to make it known in their will that they wanted you to get more money. Hopefully, the person was cared for out of love and not based on how much much they would receive.

Yeah I agree! Incase the love one didn't leave a will I still think there should a law that protects the one that provider care! Because you have it happens all the time family members that didn't even help live off the assets

We help our loved ones because they are our loved ones. Not as an investment. It would not be unreasonable however to request reimbursement from the estate for major expenses that were not covered by the deceased. Don't expect to recoupe any of your contributions however. Sorry for your loss.
