I have trouble sleeping, just can't get comfortable and go to sleep properly, (teenager) what should I do?
I have never really been good at going to bed early but I have mainly had trouble sleeping for probably a bit less than year now and I don't know why. Sometimes it takes me 2 hours to get to sleep, of me just laying there trying to get comfortable and sleep and it's usually around the midnight Mark. I try to get to bed at around 10 but I'm on holidays and I end up going to bed later, at 11 sometimes 12. Also, I have just lately been having interrupted sleep, just waking up early in the morning and waking up too early at around 4:30am regardless of when I go to bed and then not being able to go back to sleep. I got a new mattress not long ago but that doesnt seem to have done much. (14 year old male)
