Why am I always sore when I wake up after 9 am?

If I wake up early, I'm not sore, but when I wake up after 9, my whole body aches. Whats up with that?

Over sleeping. Your body got stiff from lying there for such a long time. Same thing happens to me.

Yes. Very. Although I seldom sleep more than about 6 hours a night lol. So it doesn't affect me as much as it does other people, but when it does happen.... ugh...

I think it's because muscle chemicals build up after long periods of inactivity(like lactic acid). If I stay in bed too long I get a headache.

Oversleeping usually does that. You should go to the gym to move your muscles a bit and stretch them out so that doesn't happen as often.

Ahh see this happens to me a lot. Are you in any sports? Most of the sports I do require TONS of flexibility and strength, and after all those stretches and routines, you feel sore.

There are some possibilities. You could have a disintegrated disk, or some other nerve or some bone, or other problem. There's also the possibility of organs rubbing against each other if you are overweight, and If you have diabetes you will get nerve pain.
