Would it mean that your boyfriend has a thing for a girl, if you asked him not to talk to her, and he said he wouldnt but he still does?

weve been together for almost a year. and he just meet her not to long ago,

Yup, he likes her ... you gonna lose this competition? Or are you gonna woman-up and keep your man? This has been happening in every species for millions of years, it's nature's way of ensuring the survival of the fittest and the exinction of the weakest! It's natural selection! Grow some claws!! That's YOUR man! GO GET HIM!!!

In my opinion, that would mean your boyfriend has a thing for that girl or they are just tight friends and nothing is going on. Sometimes people tend to have friends who they can only tell their issues and maybe she is one of them.
