Can you get stomach flu from kissing?(I'm asking this because, once I kissed a guy and the next day my stomach hurt. Is that normal?) O.o

Yes. Kissing a person with the flu and transmit those germs to you. Usually it takes at least a couple days for you to actually show signs of being sick, however.
Maybe it was just nerves ?
