Given 3.1 L with a density of 1.03 g/cm3 the pounds of plasma will be (mass) =density*volume. Therefore, 1l =1000cm^3 so 3.1l is 3100cm^3*1.03 = 3193g. Note that there are 453.6 grams in one pound, therefore 3193 g will be 7.04 pounds.
