I'm making a mind map for Macbeth and in an explanation I refer to the witches would I capitalize this within a sentence like: The Witches?

The way to remember whether to capitalize a title is simple. If you can replace a title with a name, you capitalize it. So "The Witches" won't be right because you can't say "The Sally", but saying "Witch", in the sentence "will Witch come over?", will work, because you can say "Sally".

Yes because it is a title of a place on the map.
