the best way to deal with it is to find someone to talk to about it i have depression and i got a therapist and it helped still i stopped going but the best way is to find a person you can tell your pain to and trust just open up to someone and over time it will help you adn get rid of it believe me :)
I have dealt with depression for a very long time. Perspective helps me allot. When I'm down it's usually because my perspective is off. Things aren't as bad as they seem. Other people deal with allot more. I try to think of anything that can change my perspective on the situation. Look at it from other points of view.
