How to arrive at the good will and how to verify it as appearing in balance sheet

Report as

Wrong. Goodwill is capitalized like an asset. And should be reflect on the balance sheet as value. It is the value of a name etc. When you buy a company you value the assets, The $$ paid in excess are good will. Example Coke, Coca-Cola, etc

You are wrong sir. If you buy a business for 5 mil and the sum at market of the assets Fixed + AR is 4 mill. The delta is good will. And will be reflected on the balance sheet. Please google it yourself.
Dr assets 4 mil, Dr Goodwill 1 mil, Cr Cash or ??? 5 mil.

I laugh at you.

How do you capitalize thoughts or feelings? Or show them as an asset?

The balance sheet only shows monetary values.

Use google maps or mapqwest to find the local Good Will store. Then write your contributions down on your balance sheet and you will see it there.
