How do you grow taller?

Well I started puberty at 9 and I kinda grew a few inches at 10 and I'm stuck at 5'2. I want to be 5'8 and my dad is 5'9ish and my mom is 5'2 too. Sometimes I'm smaller than her (mom) and other times I'm taller than her. Why is that and how do I grow taller? I'm 13 by the way.

You eat healthy food and sleep, if is doesn't work, you are not the only short person in the world. Look at me I am 4"7"

It's all up to your genetics. You'll just have to wait and see. Woman continue to develop until they're about 18, so you still have a few years.

You won't finish growing for a few years, so don't worry about your height.

nobody can get taller and smaller instantaneously, its just have no meaning.
may be you would have worn high-heels at that the when you seemed taller than your mom, and if you want to grow taller I would like to suggest you the hang-to-up method of setting up your height.

Your height is very much up to genetics but eating healthy and stretching can help.

average height for a woman is 5'4" to 5'6" I believe. somewhere in that range. so you don't need to grow. but if you really want to: exercise, rest, more sleep than normal, healthy diet, lots of milk and water.

At 13 you have 5-6 years to grow naturally. You don't need to do anything at all. Just try to eat healthy and Mother Nature and genetics will take care of the rest. You can't always end up being a preconceived, desired height. Just let your body do it's job. Do not do anything that would stunt your growth, like smoking.

Hi, Growing taller now is not an issue at all. I have purchased the course and learnt how to grow taller. You can check this http://1e10a411p943ktd-s--ni6cz5k.hop.clickbank.net/ and purchase the full video course by coach Adam. I swear you will be satisfied with the results. I was earlier 5 and now i am 5'8. Why not go for this?

After your glorious time of the month, you're done with your major growth spurt. Usually you grow 1-2 inches taller after after it. Considering your mothers height and the fact that guys generally are taller than women, you are about your final height. If your dad was a girl, he'd be about 5'4" and if you were a man you'd probably be 5'7". So technically you're about the right height for your genes. I suggest you eat plenty of protein and vegetables. (I'm really short too and the doctor helped me during my growth spurt).

And this is coming from someone who is about 5'1" and done growing.
