There are several books on the subject in most public libraries, check one out and read all about it. Another good source of information is the movie Fatman and little boy. It shows the development of the first two atomic weapons ever used in war.
A nuclear bomb contains a certain amount of enriched Plutonium, which is separated into several portions. A conventional high explosive slams the portions into one lump, which then forms a so called critical mass, in which the nuclear reaction starts. I don't know what you mean with the question about the second bomb. Its the same as the first bomb.
