Is my horse ok

so awhile ago my horse and another horse got in a huge fight and my horse got beat up really bad then after a couple days me and my trainer worked with her and she got really wild (bucking kicking huffing and puffing) and after, one of her nostrils started dripping blood then the next day and the day after my horse has been lying down for hours when shes out but not when shes in her stall. i wouldnt think much of these events but since theyre all happening at the same time im worried and i dont think shes collicing becouse her stomach is making noise and shes going to the bathroom normally plus this is her week for cillium and shes getting it everyday, so what do you think is going on and i have already contacted my vet but she hasnt answered my txt yet oh and also shes making wierd noises like not growling (horses dont growl) but like that type of sound.

If she's eating and drinking normally, chances are she's just enjoying the sunshine while outside since she doesn't do it in the stall. Bucking, etc can lead to a nosebleed (any kind of hard exercise) as a one shot deal, it's nothing.
Does she have issues with you grooming or handling her that she didn't have before? Is she off? Show swelling anywhere?

It's a little late but put ice on the swelling but so far it sounds perfectly normal

Yes I agree, it may be ok, but It very well may not. Get to a vet soon.

Sounds like maybe a punctured lung or broken rib!

I dont think thats it becouse i didnt see the other horse kick near her ribs she just kicked my horses butt and if she had a punctured lung or a broken rib she would be able to walk right
She is still walking normally

Get a vet check. Even if she doesn't have colic , she may have resulting issues if she lays down too long
