I'm 27 my marriage year 2007 but i have no kids

In my Abdomen scan in right ovary with exophytic component measuring11mm&CA-125 is 49. i had back pain from 1 month. i ask what is the problem?

Really, you need a professional to interpret your scan, blood tests, physical exam, patient history, and all available information about you personally. Don't freak yourself out with our guess work. Try to stay calm and hopeful and deal with facts and not fear. I really hope you just have a cyst and that you feel well soon.

First of all you should visit your gynecologist who will look into the matter professionally. Back pains could occur due to various problems with your backbone; however it could also be a symptom of "Cauda equina syndrome" which causes the pain on the lower back and numbness I the groin area.
