besides building muscle you have to render most of the fat in that area as well to get a defined 6 pack and besides sit ups try crunches and get to the point where you cant do anymore and keep with it daily thats what i did also did cardio to get rid of sum fat in that area
You have to work with an experienced trainer. To get admirable results your body fat should be 10 % or less. Integrate a variety of exercises such as sit ups, running and stomach crunch to get desired results.
