What does multi touch screen mean? what is the difference between resistive and capacitive

Report as

Multi touch screen is the ability to simultaneously register three or more distinct positions of input touches. A resistive touch screen contains two thin layers of conductive but transparent film on top of the screen, and measures the change in resistance between the two layers due to the pressure of touch. A capacitive touch screen measures the interaction between an electrical sign on a transparent grid above the screen and the user's finger.
