Slow and steady wins the race! Start by getting rid of soda, junk food. Make healthy choices. Lots of fruits and veggies, lots of water. Eat on a small plate it looks like more food than there is, and it takes 20 minutes for your brain to realize you may be full. Eat slow. Walk briskly everyday 45-60 minutes.
In my opinion, the best way to lose weight is by enrolling in gym for exercises. In gyms, there are trained instructors who can help and guide you on how lose weight through exercises like aerobics among others.
