You're still very young. You're able to do some vigorous exercise. If you're working out daily, try for at least 30+ minutes of cardio. Plus weight lifting. You can rotate upper & lower body. Meaning, with weights workout your upper body, arms & chest. Next day lower. Legs & buttocks. Abs can be done everyday.

But I can go to the gym we don't have time for that I just need to do things at home

You don't need a gym to workout. You can do any type of cardio at home. Jog or walk, even jump rope. As for lifting weights, use jugs of water. It doesn't cost much to purchase a set of 8-10 lb dumbbells. For legs do squats and lunges. You have to make time to workout whether at a gym or at home.

Hah I'm that age and height. I run a mile a day that takes about ten minutes and I take one day of like Saturday.
