How do you stretch your feet so you can improve your relevé?

I am working towards pointe (in ballet) and I was told I needed to increase the flexibility in my feet. I don't know a good way to stretch that part, so I can't improve my flexibility.

Truthfully you really need to just sit on the ground like when your two, with your legs stretched out and point and flex your feet. Rises are Also great practice. Good luck!

Another way to improve flexibility (and also stability) is Pilates and yoga. I don't dance ballet, but I dance ballroom, and I think Pilates and yoga have the potential of making me a better dancer.
