How can I fall asleep faster

Almost Every night I'm up until 11 trying to fall asleep how can I fall asleep fast so I'm not tired and lazy in the morning

Don't drink any caffeinated drink: coffee, tea, or cola soda. Drink water with your meal before you go to bed.

Cool down the temp a bit, turn off all lights, get out extra energy by reading, or writing in a journal, foods high in minerals like calcium help, and tune down unwanted noises, and listen so soft relaxing music. Things you can do a little earlier is to take an earlier morning workout. Nothing too much. And eat dinner a little earlier than normal. Try not to vary sleep times. And breath slowly while falling asleep.

Stretch a lot before you lie down.
You know how when you yawn you want to stretch? Well, reverse it.
Stretch first. It always makes me yawn.
